As part of new branch design U.S. Bank wanted to deliver digital experiences to help elevate brand, educate consumers on mobile and online banking, provide financial advise, and humanize the branch. The engagement began with a complete digital experience strategy to determine the role of digital, the optimal zones for technology, a complete content strategy and technology recommendations to steer the digital and in-branch digital content.
My digital experience team and I also helped shape the standards for in branch digital content and created a series of educational content spots intended to move customers towards using online and mobile tools for day to day banking and demystifying technology.
