During my time at Shikatani Lacroix Design (SLD), I led the digital strategy, digital experience design, digital content creation as part of a new flagship brand design for China Zheshang Bank. Headquartered in Hangzhou, China, China Zheshang Bank has a network of 300 branches in major Chinese cities across the country. SLD in partnership with MetaThink developed a new experience branch concept that leveraged new brand positioning, corporate identity and integrated digital technology. My digital experience team and I helped to deliver a branch of the future with fully integrated digital as a key part of the design.
My digital experience team guided by the incredible talent of Daniel Terenzio, my brother and Director of Innovation and Immersive Solutions pioneered the first of it's kind pairing of Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality and Neuroscience in order to help steer the design of the space and shape the digital strategy and experience. We where able to study and determine how people emotionally felt about the design and environment. This proved vital in helping to pull meaningful research data.
