During my time at SLD, I led the digital strategy, experience design and content creation for Tip Top a Canadian brand with a long history. Tip Top had not revamped its brand image or store design in a ling time. They wanted to attract a younger demographic while still appeal to their existing core customers base. Digital experiences where integrated as part of the new customer journey.
As part of the digital experience strategy I helped map out the role of digital signage, interactive experiences and mobile to help elevate the customer journey. The new retail experience features eye-catching floor to ceiling digital walls that create a connection with customers from outside the store and draw them in. Then 2-way engaging digital experiences help remove shopping friction points and tell compelling stories throughout their visit.
