During my time at Shikatani Lacroix Design (SLD), I led the digital strategy, digital experience design and all the content creation for digital signage, on device demos and interactive experiences for FLOW retail stores across the Caribbean. FLOW is a Telco brand that is part of Cable & Wireless Communications. The FLOW retail experience store featured integrated digital experiences that provided brand, promotional and technical information allowing customers to select the best devices and services.
Large digital signage screens attract and draw customers into the store. Customers are then greeted by a FLOW interactive touch screen queuing system. The queuing screen asks a series of qualifying questions, and then directs customers to relevant departments. Staff receive notifications on mobile devices and terminals with the customer’s name and needs in order to better attend to their needs.

Digital signage throughout the store delivers a mix of brand, promotional, educational, and lifestyle messaging. To create deeper engagement, every device contains a branded interactive experience that integrates brand content, plans, promotions, services and benefits turning the devices into sell tools. Tablet experiences provide deeper engagement, allowing customers to compare devices and services.
