During my time at Shikatani Lacroix Design (SLD), I led the digital strategy and digital experience design for a unique retail experience flagship Shop at Cadillac Fairview's Toronto Eaton Centre for MLB's Toronto Blue Jays. The store featured exclusive apparel only available at this location and a connection to the stadium providing a one of a kind fan experience. My digital experience team and I worked closely with the Blue Jays marketing and brand team to develop a digital strategy for the new store, that leveraged digital signage to attract customers in, engage them throughout their journey and communicated digital content that was not just about the merchandise. The goal was to showcase fashionable, wearable apparel, and also highlight exclusive products. Guests are attracted in with a a unique digital entranceway that is layered with carved important dates in Jays history. Inside digital experiences provide surprise and delight, like a unique hat wall with motion rich digital content. Jersey personalization kiosks allowed customers to add their own name or their favourite Jays player's name to the jersey. During game days all screens in the store switched to a live game day feed, allowing a connection between the store and stadium.
