TD BANK
Over the course of a 15+ year relationship with TD Bank, across 3 agencies, I led Digital Experience, and Content Strategy, Creative Design, Development and Implementation for TD Bank’s in-branch digital network. Throughout the relationship, I helped transform business objectives to campaign concepts and presentations, through to designing and delivering engaging digital experiences. What started as a modest pilot with screen above ATMs and behind tellers, has matured to TD becoming one of the banking leaders for digital in-branch excellence, and one of the largest digital networks in North America.
Digital content has been strategically defined by zone in branch, and a deep understanding of TD’s evolving customer base that visit the physical branches. The content is a mixture of banking products, service messages, community involvement and social programs intended to educate, entertain and promote loyalty as well as help increase conversion of non-TD customers. The design and techniques have evolved over the years.

Over the years my team's have helped TD modernize the digital network and optimize it’s speed to market. We have helped to research, source, and secure new digital signage hardware, software, and integration partners. We have even helped TD architect and design a custom content management system for managing the in-branch network more efficiently.
